A Partner in the Property Litigation team at Thrings, advising both companies and individuals on contentious property matters, Simon acts for landlords and tenants in issues arising during and at the end of leases. His client base also includes developers and those affected by the development of land. In recent years, Simon has gained significant experience advising on telecoms issues arising out of the Electronic Communications Code.
